The new office is located in Greenwood House on the New London Road, within a few minutes walk of Chelmsford’s main shopping area. Whilst Lambert Smith Hampton has had an office in Chelmsford for the last 20 years, this new space will enable the business to grow its office and industrial agency, valuation and planning and development offerings, whilst at the same time maintaining a high level of service for its public sector clients.
