Future Metals – a premier distributor of aerospace metals worldwide - has agreed a 10-year lease on a grade A warehouse at Unit C Libra Industrial Estate in Kingston.

Moves enables expansion plans for Future Metals

The move is the result of the continued expansion of the organisation and a strategic shift which will benefit operations. Future Metal’s UK office was previously located in Essex, with other global locations in the US, Australia, Israel and China.

Unit C Libra is a self-contained grade A industrial premises with self-contained yard area. The premises benefits from fully-fitted two-storey offices, clear internal height of 6.1m, two level-entry loading doors and parking for approximately 20 cars.

Rob Smith, Division Manager at Future Metals, said: “The move to the new premises has come at an opportune time for Future Metals. As our business continues to grow its international operations, we were in need of positioning ourselves both geographically and strategically in a new location. The unit in Milton Keynes is a perfect base for our UK operations moving forward and we’re delighted that LSH was able to help us secure it.”

Deal completes within four months

Luke Tillison, Senior Surveyor in the Industrial and Logistics team at LSH, said: “Following Lambert Smith Hampton’s appointment on Unit C the unit was placed under offer within four months, which is an excellent result for everyone involved.”
