Acting for the landlord RO Developments, we negotiated the £810k sale of Units 18 to 21 at the Pencoed business park.

A fast growing business

Established in 1999, Fields Associates specialises in the recovery of digital “fingerprints” left by the routine use of computers. The company has earned a global reputation for the detection, analysis and presentation of computer evidence in a broad range of criminal activities.

Fields Group Chairman, Daryil Wallace comments: “We’re operating in a rapidly growing market place where our clients includes legal firms and blue chip companies, law enforcement and military organisations.

“Our head count has grown from 26 to 150 since 2005 with plans to recruit further, so in purchasing this modern building with a lot more space than our previous base, we are well placed both geographically and practically to meet our growth plans.”

A very popular development

Dave Blyth of our office agency team adds: “This sale demonstrates the appeal of Bocam Park which is in its third phase of development since initial construction in 2005.

“The park currently has very little vacant space and has attracted a number of sizeable companies recently including a new day nursery.”
