Scheme forms part of £100 million development

Opposite Warwickshire’s county cricket ground, Hemisphere is a scheme of 344 one and two bed apartments, which forms part of the £100 million Edgbaston Mill development by Calthorpe Estates.

This nine-acre mixed-use scheme will create a prestigious place to live, work and relax. A food store, retail and leisure facilities, restaurants, offices and a hotel will combine with Hemisphere to create a complete and cosmopolitan destination. 

More than 50 new apartments in phase one of Hemisphere were sold on the first day of release to a mix of owner-occupiers and investors. Construction work started in July and the first occupations are expected in autumn 2007.

Residential management portfolio strengthened

Our Residential Management team will be responsible for managing the development once the building work is complete and has already provided initial management advice to Redrow Homes prior to construction.

Our residential management portfolio includes much of the Calthorpe Estate and many properties in the Edgbaston area. This is the first development which our team will manage on behalf of Redrow Homes.
