Located on the Gorse Hill Industrial Estate, the property was originally acquired on a leasehold basis by the client subject to a lease to Beaujersey Ltd, who subsequently went into liquidation.

We were instructed to seek tenants for whole or part of the facility. The client benefited from our in-depth local occupier knowledge and wider regional and national insight, which resulted in the successful letting of 21,000 sq ft of industrial space to White Stuff, a nationwide retailer.
Trifibre Ltd acquires remaining 31,000 sq ft leads to 100% occupation
A subsequent deal for the remaining 31,000 sq ft of industrial space to Trifibre Ltd has resulted in the property being 100% occupied.
