The Retallack Resort in Cornwall provides over 100 holiday homes and a number of leisure facilities including a 15m indoor heated swimming pool, pitch and putt golf course, tennis courts, and a fully equipped gym.

Securing funding for development

There is scope for further expansion and up to a total of approximately 500 holiday homes can be developed on the site. Planning consent is already in place for further development and Galliard needed to secure funding in order to begin the next phase of construction.

Bespoke leisure valuation appraisals

In order to help Galliard progress the scheme, LSH provided bespoke valuations based upon comparable information from the Retallack Resort itself along with a number of other competing sites within the area.
