APPLICATIONS FOR OUR SEPTEMBER 2024 GRADUATE SCHEME WILL OPEN FROM 1ST OCTOBER 2023 AND CLOSE AT 8PM ON 13TH NOVEMBER 2023.
The links to apply will appear and will be live from 1st October 2023.
CAN I APPLY?
Although typical applicants will be studying, or have already completed, a RICS accredited BSc or MSc degree in Real Estate, Planning (RICS/RTPI) or Building Surveying, we welcome applications from ANY degree discipline from candidates who can demonstrate a genuine desire and enthusiasm to work in the industry and become a chartered surveyor.
We firmly believe recruiting a mix of graduates from different university and degree backgrounds brings a diversity of thought, skills and knowledge to the business.
DON’T HAVE A PROPERTY RELATED DEGREE?
No problem… If you wish to apply for our graduate scheme but do not have a RICS accredited property degree, you will (if successful) be required to undertake a suitable part-time RICS accredited MSc in Real Estate, either via an apprenticeship route or stand-alone degree. This typically takes 2 years to complete on a part-time basis and you can work towards your APC at the same time. You should therefore allow a minimum of 2.5 years to qualify.
PLEASE NOTE: For Graduate Planner and Graduate Building Surveyor roles you MUST have completed the relevant RICS/RTPI accredited degree in these subjects respectively.

WHAT NEXT?
London Applications:
Shortlisting: Applications will be reviewed and shortlisted throughout the application window. All applicants will receive an email to advise if they have been successful or not. Owing to the volume of applications received, we are unable to offer any individual feedback on rejected applications at this stage. Those successful will be contacted to arrange an interview for January.
Interviews: Successful candidate will be invited to a single face-to-face interview in January 2024. Our interviews take around 75 minutes and will include a short Q&A based technical assessment (regardless of your degree level or subject) in order to assess your general aptitude for the role. Once all the interviews are completed, candidates will be notified of the outcome and those who have been successful will be offered a place on our Graduate Scheme starting September 2024.
This year we want to make the process as efficient as possible for candidates so decisions will be made from a single robust interview. There are no assessment centres or psychometric tests to get though.
Regional Applications:
Once we have received your email, we will record your details noting your location and role preferences. Should a suitable role materialise we will shortlist the CVs received first and, if successful, contact you to see if you are still interested in being considered for the role. Your details will then be passed to the relevant hiring manager to consider for interview.
