• We are appointed as Joint Venture Supervisor between LB Havering and Wates Residential to deliver c3,100 units across 3 schemes comprising of a number of phases. 
• Key aspects of our role include the initial assessment of the roles and responsibilities which make up the wider team, developing KPIs and ensuring the JV objectives are being met, analysing and commenting on programme and cost data from the DM and construction team and monitoring the performance of the wider team. 
• Key challenges include ensuring that both sides of the JV have an aligned approach to the delivery of the schemes, analysis and management of the cost variances over time and understanding governance requirements.
• To date over 400 units have been successfully delivered across two sites, New Green in Rainham and Park Rise in Hornchurch.
