This scheme included the delivery of circa 380 units as part of a phased delivery of 1,400 new homes in central Romford. The two tower blocks will provide build to rent as well as a combination of private for sale, intermediate and affordable homes. The Romford development is one of 12 included in the estate regeneration programme, which will see around 3,000 homes delivered in the borough over the next 12 to 15 years.
