The project involved the development of 71 replacement homes within an existing council estate. The project includes the demolition of an existing recording studio and garages and the construction of a Network Rail retaining wall to support the existing embankment. Key challenges include complex negotiations with Network Rail and statutory utilities, addressing significant ground conditions, restricted site access and close proximity of adjacent residents.
