We provided client side project management services supporting Camden Council's development management team. These included strategic project risk analysis, strategic programme and procurement delivery advice, consultant and key stakeholder management. The scheme comprises 113 units across six plots ranging from four to 11 storeys as part of HS2 Euston station redevelopment. Key challenges included complex statutory utilities diversions/enabling works and management works on concurrent sites within one estate.
