This project comprises the development of 280 homes across 3 phases. Phase1 included the demolition of an existing car park and the construction of 141 units (70+ for sale), with A3 retail and B1 Office space, including basement car park and energy centre for all phases. The following phases (2 + 3) include 139 residential units, the re-provision of a new community centre and nursery, a new medical centre and additional A3 retail and B1 office space. The construction value of all phases is in excess of £150m and is made up of mid and high rise blocks.
