• We were appointed as Project Managers and Employer's Agent for the design and construction of Abbey Area Phase 2, which formed part of the wider Abbey Area Regeneration scheme. 
• The project comprised construction of a Health Centre and Community Centre, providing over c1,850 sq m of accommodation arranged over 2 floors. 
• The Health Centre built accommodates a reception, waiting area, consultation rooms, surgeries and ancillary rooms, providing a new modern, sustainable and flexible facility. 
• The Community Centre accommodates a Hall and activity rooms; a crèche / children services; a foyer including a café and reception; management and administration rooms; and ancillary spaces. 
• The project improved the landscaping of the open space and the public realm. The project was procured under SCAPE and uses NEC 3 contract.
