Our dedicated team of Registered Property Receivers is one of the largest in the UK with 8 active Fixed Charge Receivers; often known as LPA Receivers , with a collective working experience of over 170 years in the distressed properties and properties recoveries sector.
Our national team is strategically located throughout the UK including London, Southampton, Cardiff, Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester and Newcastle and has been appointed on over 1,000 fixed charge receivership cases meaning it has both the capacity and expertise and are particularly well placed to assist both in a preliminary and formal appointment capacity.
Our Receivers are all NARA qualified Registered Property Receivers giving our clients piece of mind and reassurance in using regulated professionals. Our highly experienced case managers, also members of NARA, assist in the running of each case.
Where appropriate, we bring together specialist expertise from our valuation, property management, auction, building consultancy and capital markets divisions and local experts from our national office network.
We take appointments on distressed property loans, from a variety of lenders including high street banks, secondary lenders, peer to peer funders and private individuals who have a legal charge over property.
