Overview:

An exciting opportunity to acquire the business assets of Honk Honk Group Ltd which, includes the IPR of an online vehicle listing platform, allowing individuals the opportunity to advertise vehicles to a large network of approved professional buyers and dealers across the UK. 

The opportunity could suit organisations already marketing large volumes of motor vehicles either to end users or, within a wider group dealership structure. 

To include: 

  • Right to pursue the IPR connected to an in-house produced platform 
  • The platform offers consumers the ability to list motor vehicles and upload key information and images, with an approved network of motor dealers and car buying companies providing instant offers
  • The platform also includes a vehicle valuation function, giving consumers a realistic indication of current market value based upon condition
  • The software has been written in C#, JavaScript, SQL, HTML, Typescript & React. The code is currently on Azure. The software is composed of multiple applications:

CRM: A custom-built CRM to support the software and the team
Dealers: A marketplace application where dealers can log in
Garage: A seller’s garage to manage listings
Website: A website with landing pages and an appraisal feature
API:  Supporting API’s
