BUSINESS OVERVIEW
- The company creates luxury performance cycle clothing using the finest specialist fabrics and construction techniques
- Trades from a leasehold head office property in the UK
- 5 staff, plus 1 on a monthly contract
- Production is at a state of the art manufacturing facility in Lithuania providing all production services
- Turnover of £661k in year to 31st December 2023
- Turnover of c.£1.01m was anticipated for the year to 31st December 2024 but suffered loss of business in Taiwan
- Anticipated profit for the year to 31st December 2024 of £115k
- Loss for the year to 31st December 2023 of £28k
- Primary reasons for insolvency is due to a large reduction in the company's Taiwan business and the autumn/winter range for 2024 not being made. The autumn/winter range was estimated to achieve turnover of c.£200k.
