The Company has built up a range of award-winning products and diverse customer base but has been operating at a loss of c. £10k / month and has exhausted funding options with its existing shareholder group. The Company is majority owned by the directors and a significant customer.
The Company’s business and assets are now being offered for sale on an accelerated basis.
The establishment of the company aimed to develop a brewery that would cater to every generation and encompass a wide range of beer preferences and styles, with the company being awarded numerous industry awards both national and regional over the years.

The brewery is currently occupying a semi rural location under license on a monthly basis that includes a popular high capacity tap-room and shop.

- Gas fired 45hL 4 vessel brew house
- 7 Fermentation vessels (combined capacity 212hL)
- In line high-capacity canning line
Operations
The Company currently derives revenue from sales to the on-trade, distribution, retail, on-site tap room/shop, and holding regular tap room events.
The Company has been approached about a long-term supply agreement to supply several product lines by one of its significant existing customers.
