BACKGROUND

KRE Corporate Recovery Limited are engaged to facilitate a sale of the business and assets of an established software and technology IP company whose core services include design and development of consumer electronics and web imaging enhancement technology and a subsidiary business specialising in the design and development of medical device software for the ophthalmic industry.

KRE Corporate Recovery Limited are expected to be appointed as Joint Administrators shortly and will facilitate the sale via a pre-pack Administration.
