KRE Corporate Recovery Limited are engaged to facilitate a sale of the business and assets of an established business whose core services include design, installation and support of audio visual IT, networks, structured cabling and specialist fibre optic services.

BACKGROUND
The business has a number of long standing Blue Chip clients in Insurance, Finance and Management Consultancies. Other significant customers include Fit-Out and Telecom service providers.
Despite a slow start to 2026, there is strong evidence of an uplift in performance in the latter part of the year, continuing into 2027 resulting in a return to historical levels of turnover.
KRE Corporate Recovery Limited are expected to be appointed as Joint Administrators shortly and will facilitate the sale via a pre-pack Administration.
