After more than a decade at Fountain Precinct in the city, the 20-strong business has taken 2,850 sq ft at 2 St Paul’s Place in the heart of Sheffield’s business district.

Adrian Lunn, head of LSH’s Sheffield office, said the office move was a statement of intent for the growing business, which nationally had recently acquired ES Group and retail specialists Tushingham Moore.

He said: “These are incredibly exciting times for LSH, both in Sheffield and for the company as a whole. The recent acquisitions of ES Group and Tushingham Moore have added further expertise to our extensive service lines, adding value for our existing clients and opening up opportunities for new business.

"LSH already has a strong presence in Sheffield and is one of just a handful of consultancies with a national footprint that has a base in the city. On the back of that we have been instructed on some of the city’s most prestigious schemes, from the regeneration of the former Don Valley Stadium site to the refurbishment of Milton House for Westfield Health.

“Despite the challenging market, LSH has continued to experience steady growth in its Sheffield office and, as our reputation and client base has grown, so have our aspirations and the move to 2 St Paul’s Place is a reflection of that.”

LSH has a long history in Sheffield and moved to Fountain Precinct from Campo Lane at the turn of the Millennium, a move that started a trend for property consultants in the city according to Adrian.

He added: “When we moved to Fountain Precinct we were the first of the major consultancies to be in the city’s better quality office space and we have followed that up again with a novel use of ground floor retail space, which we have converted for our own office needs.

“The new office location and specification is some of the best in the city and offers a terrific location for both our staff and our clients, and offers better facilities including video conferencing, more meeting space and additional mezzanine space that will allow us to grow.

“And potentially most importantly, it offers its own front door off the street and a significant street-level presence that sends the message to or own staff, our clients and the market generally that we are optimistic about Sheffield and looking forward to playing a key part in what we believe will be a very bright future.”
