LSH logistics team set for growth

James Polson and Paul Fitch have become the latest senior hires at national commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) after joining its Industrial & Logistics team.

Both James and Paul join as Directors.  Paul will also serve as Head of Office for LSH in Chelmsford.

James joins from Cushman & Wakefield, where he spent 11 years.  He is highly experienced in the disposal and acquisition of industrial space, carrying out major supply chain reviews and providing development and funding advice to blue chip corporates such as Wolseley plc, GSK and Whitbread plc.

Paul was previously Managing Partner at Affinity Commercial LLP.  Prior to that, he spent 15 years at Glenny, where he was Partner and Head of Business Space Agency for north London and Hertfordshire.  He specialises in advising major developers and funds, including Aviva, Henderson Global Investors, Standard Life, SWIP and PRUPIM.

James and Paul becomes the latest Directors to join LSH this year, following the arrival of Michael Flanagan from London Legacy Development Corporation and Laira Roberts from Jones Lang LaSalle.
