Lambert Smith Hampton appoints Cameron Fraser as Strategic Adviser

Lambert Smith Hampton has appointed Cameron Fraser as a strategic adviser to its LSH Investment Management (LSHIM) team.

Cameron’s significant property investment credentials will be instrumental as LSHIM prepares for the next stage of its development.

Launched by Chris Hornung and his team in January this year, LSHIM provides a specialist property acquisition and fund management service for institutional investors, family offices and private clients.

Cameron has an impressive track record in investment management, having worked at Brockton Capital, TH Real Estate and CBRE Global Investors where he managed the Unilever Pension Fund, implementing a major restructuring exercise of the Fund.‎ At TH Real Estate, Cameron was Head of UK Balanced Funds, incorporating various segregated mandates, pension fund mandates and the Henderson UK Property Fund with a combined value of £1.2bn.

Chris Hornung, Managing Director of LSHIM, said: “Cameron's wealth of fund management experience will be invaluable as we continue to grow our Investment Management business.

"We're witnessing considerable demand from clients who recognise that we're ideally placed to source off-market opportunities through the LSH regional network. This is a market in which we see significant scope to offer clients something genuinely innovative."

Ezra Nahome, CEO of LSH, comments:  "LSHIM is ‎an important part of Lambert Smith Hampton's broader strategic growth plans, and that's why we need the best people in the team.‎ Cameron is a great fit both in terms of his skill set and his enterprising spirit."

Cameron Fraser said: "It's not often that you get the opportunity to help develop a new business with the support and expertise of one of the industry's most respected ‎operators.

"I know the Lambert Smith Hampton team very well from my time at TH Real Estate so I'm looking forward to working with a group of people that I already trust and respect."
