Lambert Smith Hampton has strengthened its office agency team in the North West with the recruitment of a new senior surveyor.
Emma Powell joins LSH from OBI where she has worked for the past five years in the Office Agency team.
Emma will be based in LSH’s Manchester office working in the alongside Associate Director Josh Levy. Head of Office, Abid Jaffry, said Emma’s recruitment reflected the company’s commitment to acquiring the region’s best aspiring property talent.
He said: “We are delighted to have secured the services of Emma who comes with an excellent reputation and very strong credentials in city centre offices.
“Office agency is an area where we see significant opportunities for growth and Emma very much fits the profile of the kind of energetic and hungry surveyor that we believe will be key to LSH’s long term success.
“This has been an exciting year for LSH with the acquisitions of Tushingham Moore and ES Group and significant investment in our offices across the company’s northern network, and it is important that we continue to enlist high quality people to help us carry forward this momentum.
“The Northern Powerhouse initiative means we are striving for an increasingly pan-regional approach and the appointment of Emma and other key hires such as Alistair Greenhalgh into our hotels team mean we now have a formidable transactional team covering the entire northern region.”
