Amicus Therapeutics takes 38,000 sq ft in Marlow’s Globeside Business Park

Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has successfully secured 38,000 sq ft on a 10 year lease for Amicus Therapeutics UK Ltd to meet the company’s growth plans.

Amicus Therapeutics is a global biotechnology company at the forefront of advanced therapies to treat a range of devastating rare and orphan diseases.  The move from their current building in Gerrards Cross to 1 Globeside comes as part of the anticipated International expansion following the opening of the International Headquarters in the UK in November 2015.

The 38,000 sq ft offices have been secured at £28.00 per sq ft on a 10 year lease deal, making this the largest letting in Marlow for a considerable amount of years.

Nick Coote, Head of Thames Valley at Lambert Smith Hampton comments, “Following on from our letting of 55,000 sq ft at Voyager Place, Maidenhead this is another significant office transaction illustrating the increasing need for larger space requirements in the Thames Valley.”

Amicus Therapeutics UK Ltd new offices 1 Globeside are located just 3 miles from junction 4 of the M40 in the unique riverside town. The Grade A office buildings are set around an attractive landscape and just a short stroll from Marlow train station and town centre.
