Simon joins as an Associate Director and will deliver enhanced support to our public and private sector clients in the planning and delivery of regeneration and development sites. Simon works across the residential, health and education sectors with a strong track record in the delivery of placemaking and heritage orientated regeneration, working collaboratively with urban designers and the public sector.   

Simon has previously worked for WYG and IBI Group/Taylor Young and brings 20 years of planning consultancy experience across the North West and the UK.  He has been instrumental in advancing the delivery of over 2,000 new homes across the North West in the last five years. 

Our PDR team in Manchester is now nine strong, including three recent appointments: the return of Phil Crowther as Associate Director, the arrival of Poppy Hilton who has since been promoted to Senior Planner, and most recently, James Shuttleworth.

This follows a number of new appointments in our national PDR team which now stands at c45 strong following recent investment in its London, Bristol and Birmingham teams.
