Our Birmingham office has announced that Charlotte Fullard (Office Agency), Katie Matthews-Male (Valuations), and Louise Lokucewicz (Property Management) have all been promoted to Associate Directors.

Announcing the promotions, Adam Ramshaw, Regional Director for Birmingham and the East Midlands, said: “At LSH we’ve demonstrated time and again that we are determined to support talent and to help our team members progress their careers.

“It’s great to see Charlotte, Katie and Louise getting the recognition all their hard work and commitment deserves and I’m delighted that they have been promoted to Associate Director roles. I’m sure their careers will flourish further with our continued support.”

Charlotte joined LSH in Birmingham three years ago and has more than 17 years’ commercial property experience. Fourteen of those years were in Worcestershire where she worked for Andrew Grant and Halls Commercial (now Fisher German). She began her property career when she re-trained by studying an MSc in Real Estate and Management.

She said: “I’ve had a great three years at LSH and it’s been fascinating getting to know the office market in Birmingham during a very exciting time for the city. I’m looking forward to continuing to work closely with a wide range of clients with varying requirements alongside a great team here at LSH.”

Katie began her commercial property career in 2014 at LSH as a graduate and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2016. Before joining LSH she worked at Countrywide Residential Lettings in Property Management. Graduating from the University of Birmingham in 2010 with a Bachelors degree in law, she went on to complete a Masters in surveying at Reading University while working at LSH, graduating in 2017.

She said: “My new role as an Associate Director gives me the enhanced opportunity to assist in growing and improving the compulsory purchase and compensation service line within LSH to ensure that the company remains a leading provider in this area.”

Louise completed a law degree at Keele University before starting her property career at BNP Paribas Real Estate in 2010. She joined as a Property Administrator and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in November 2017 by completing the preliminary review route. She joined LSH in 2015.

She said: “I really enjoy my role, working with both key and local clients to ensure that assets are managed to the highest standard, and assisting in maximising opportunities for rental growth, and I’m delighted by my promotion to Associate Director.”
