In its recently published Property 50, Midlands Business Insider has listed Adam as one of the area's top eight agents.

Others to make the list include St Modwen chief executive Mark Allan, Paul Bassi of Real Estate Investors, David Thomas of Barratt Developments, Louise Brooke-Smith of Arcadis, and Waheed Nazir of Birmingham City Council.

According to Insider, those named in the list have made a major contribution to the sector in the past 12 months. The list includes six key sectors – developers, house builders, advisers, architects, agents and public officials.
