LSH acquire 19,000 sq ft for Oxford Nanoimaging new HQ at Linacre House

Oxford Nanoimaging (ONI) have acquired 19,000 sq ft at Linacre House to future proof their rapid expansion programme.

ONI currently occupies 4,000 sq ft at Jordan Hill Business Park and has acquired the additional 19,000 sq ft on a 5 year lease deal at £16.50 per sq ft from Oxford University Press.

ONI’s goal is to bring the most advanced fluorescence microscopy methods to a whole new community of researchers, for whom such experiments may previously have been inaccessible. The Nanoimager was developed over the last 8 years in the research group of Professor Achillefs Kapanidis at the University of Oxford.

Linarce House will become ONI’s new HQ in the UK and is situated just to the north of the A40 Oxford Ring Road on the A4165 Banbury Road.
