The national property consultancy is just one of four nationwide partners alongside Homes England, Capital & Centric and DLA Piper involved in the campaign.

The Brainery has one clear aim, to identify the next generation of property leaders. It does so by promoting the property industry to a diverse audience of 18-25 year olds who, without this initiative, may never have the opportunity to learn about how they can access a career in property.

Nick Mullins, executive director at LSH, said: “As a forward-thinking and dynamic business it is our duty to get right behind this initiative and help our partners drive it forward. Not all of us have been fortunate enough to have had a clear route into a property career.

Regeneration Brainery offers the opportunity for us to guide others along the path. LSH’s support will help further raise the initiative’s profile, particularly given our extensive national network of 30 offices and over 1,300 staff.”

So far the initiative has been launched in Manchester, Birmingham and Bristol with plans to introduce it nationally with London the proposed next destination.
