LSH strengthens Newcastle office with several key appointments

We have made several key appointments to our Newcastle office strengthening the breadth and depth of our service offering across the North East.

Peter Dalby (Director) and Michael Fletcher (Associate Director) have joined to lead and grow the Building Consultancy team.  Peter previously ran AA Projects’ Newcastle office, where he was responsible for the delivery of all professional and project services in the Education, Commercial and Industrial sectors. Michael joins from Workman LLP, where he provided Building Surveying professional services and Project Management for Retail, Office and Industrial clients. Both Peter and Michael bring significant depth of experience across all Building Consultancy service lines to both bolster and widen the LSH offer.

Caroline Norton-Cox and Debbie Anderson have joined the Property Management team as a Property Manager and Facilities Manager respectively.  Prior to joining LSH, Caroline worked as a solicitor in the commercial litigation department at Watson Burton having trained at Ward Hadaway where a significant part of her role was property litigation matters involving dilapidations, lease renewals and other aspects of commercial leases.  Debbie Anderson previously held positions with F&C REIT and CBRE and brings with her a wealth of experience in commercial property and shopping centre management.

David Robinson has joined as a Development Surveyor in the firm’s successful Agency team.  David has several years experience having previously worked in G L Hearn’s London office.

Philip Loxley joins as a Graduate Surveyor in the Valuation team.  Philip previously worked at Cell:cm Chartered Surveyors in Newcastle specialising in the field of telecommunications property advice as well as covering other aspects of asset management for land and property owners.
