Tom Fletcher, head of LSH’s Reading office, comments: “Roc Search and Ross Video follow hot on the heels of Carbon Black as The White Building continues to lead the market in terms of letting success. The building is now 70% let, less than five months post-completion.”

Roc Search is relocating from neighbouring The Blade. Founded in Reading and celebrating its 10 year anniversary this year, the global operation now has offices across Europe and the United States. The White Building’s unique work space offers vital growth potential, supporting plans to expand the office to over 200 staff and it has taken 13,348 sq ft over a 10 year lease.

In addition to this letting, a Canadian production technology firm, Ross Video, has taken 5,245 sq ft, also on a 10-year lease.

James Whitcher at Boultbee Brooks Real Estate commented: “Once again, The White Building has proved that investment in creating its state-of-the art work space has paid off. With market-leading design, a concierge service, roof terrace, business lounge and flourishing co-working space, it goes far beyond the norm and has tapped into the working environment businesses want to create for their people.”
