In Leeds, Davina Blandford has been promoted to Associate Director in the Property Management team alongside Christine Robinson (Quality Assurance) and Nicola Bulley (Marketing Communications). Building Consultancy Surveyor Caroline Fattorini has been promoted to Senior Surveyor.

In Sheffield, Agency Surveyors Tom Shelton and Tom Burlaga have been promoted to Associate Director and Senior Surveyor respectively.

The news comes just days after LSH beat off competition from the likes of JLL and Knight Frank to be named Best Large Agency Practice at the Variety Yorkshire Property Awards 2016.

Matthew Scrimshaw, Head of the North Region at LSH, said: “These promotions are testament to the hard work and talent of our team in Yorkshire.

“While we have appointed a number of new staff across the region in recent months, we are also committed to growing the talent we already have in our ranks. It is therefore very satisfying to see so many of our team progressing their careers while adding even more value to LSH and our clients.

“Since the beginning of 2015, we have seen two office moves in Leeds and Sheffield as well as the acquisition of ES Group last spring.  To be able to announce these promotions after a hard earned win at the Yorkshire Property Awards earlier this month, shows that we are on track to achieve our aim of being the go-to property consultancy across Yorkshire and the wider Northern Powerhouse.“

The Variety Yorkshire Property Awards, now in its 19th year, is among the most prestigious in the calendar for the region’s property industry. LSH was recognised for its work on a number of major projects, including the acquisition of the former Tetley Brewery site in Leeds, and the development of the Olympic Legacy Park in Sheffield.
