The senior management team wanted to offer a newly qualified surveyor no holds barred access to the Executive Board, to gain further insight into our business and to share with us their ideas and perspectives.

Newly qualified colleagues were offered the opportunity to apply for this executive position and, following a process of short listing and interview rounds, Gemma was selected.

Gemma will relocate from Birmingham to London for six months and will work alongside the Executive Board and also as part of the Capital Markets team.  Once the secondment is complete she will return to Birmingham to resume her post in the Industrial and Logistics team.
