Grace Hicks joins LSH from NPS SW Ltd, where she worked as an estates surveyor dealing with negotiated and compulsory purchase and management of the county farms estate.

Winner of the ACES Award for Excellence 2014, Grace has almost 10 years of experience in residential development and rural sectors.

“I’m delighted to have joined Lambert Smith Hampton,” she said. “I look forward to being part of the company and seeing its growth and expansion in the South West area.”

Lionah, who studied for a degree in building surveying at the University of West of England, joins LSH as a graduate valuation surveyor after spending two years at Exeter City Council where she was assistant estates surveyor.

She said: “I like the fact that Lambert Smith Hampton has experience in all property disciplines in-house, and I am excited to be involved in the company’s expansion into Devon and Cornwall.”

Alongside the two new appointments, Joe Leeming has also joined as graduate surveyor following his move from the firm’s Reading office, which he joined in September 2014. In his new role, he will focus on both office and industrial instructions in the South West, having gained valuable experience with a number of key clients, including Mapeley, Ediston Real Estate, Croudace Properties, and Aberdeen Asset Management.

The new hires come at a time of significant expansion for LSH's Exeter office, which now offers machinery and business assets expertise as well as rating, commercial and development agency, lease advisory, planning, public sector, property management and valuation services to the local and regional market.

“This is an exciting time for LSH in the south west as we focus on significantly expanding our team and service offer," commented Simon Cornelius-Light, Exeter's head of office. "Grace, Lionah and Joe each bring highly valuable experience and this will enable us to present an even broader range of quality services to clients, and maximise the growing number of opportunities in the region.”
