LCH is a growing housing association. Its primary aim is to provide homes for people, along with any additional help or advice that they may need.

Bramingham Business Centre is a serviced office and home to a number of existing tenants. By acquiring this property, LCH will be able to house all their staff in one site and generate revenue by acting as landlord for existing tenants in the building.

Joe Reubin, Surveyor – Office Agency, at Lambert Smith Hampton commented: “Luton Community Housing is an important fixture in the local area. With their recent expansion and diversification, Bramingham Business Centre will provide Luton Community Housing with the opportunity to generate much needed funds and continue their vital work in a more modern environment.”

Lynda Rees, Chief Executive, at Luton Community Housing added: “With recent funding cuts, we have sought to diversify our income stream to ensure financial stability so we can continue working to improve lives. By moving our staff into one space, we will be able to improve internal communications, plan for future growth and raise funds so we can continue working to support the local community."
