Education Staffing Solutions (ESS) has relocated from Sun Alliance House in central Swansea to Unit 6 of the Swansea Vale business park where it will continue to provide supply teacher and support staff to schools across south and west Wales.

ESS has committed to five year lease terms on the 1,500 sq ft unit with LSH handling the transaction on this modern, self contained office building.

“This is the ideal location for us as it’s so close to the M4,” says Alison Gale of ESS.  “There’s plenty of free onsite parking for staff and visitors alike and the working environment is much more spacious and modern than our previous city centre base.

“The move has presented us with a long term opportunity for further business expansion as we seek to add more schools and colleges to our portfolio and extend our reach across Wales and into Herefordshire.”

Since its launch in 2006, Axis Court which offers 93,000 sq ft of purpose-built, self-contained office accommodation has become an established commercial community for small to medium-sized businesses.

ESS join a mix of tenants that include Handlesbanken, DJM Solicitors, HSBC, Konica Minolta, James & Uzzel accountants, Waters Creative, NFU and Solo Service Group.

According to Tom Rees of LSH’s agency team, the business park’s occupancy stands at 85 per cent with only three units left available to rent.
