Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has announced the start of an exciting new era for its Nottingham team which is relocating to impressive new offices.

Geo Hallam and Sons, acting on behalf of F&C Reit Asset Management, has let the refurbished open plan 5,000 sq ft offices in City Gate East to LSH.

Landmark building in heart of Nottingham's business quarter

City Gate East is a landmark building within the heart of Nottingham’s business quarter, situated at one of the major gateways into the city centre at the junction of Maid Marian Way and Upper Parliament Street.

Philip Quiggin, Director of Office Agency at LSH in Nottingham, said: “Our Houndsgate offices served us extremely well for 25 years but as business has developed and grown, our needs have changed. The new offices at City Gate East provide us with first class facilities in a fantastic location right in the very heart of the business community.

“The move will get everyone into more efficient space on one open plan floor. We are also growing from 40 to 50 staff over the next 12 months including three from ES Group, which LSH recently acquired.

Office move to provide platform for further growth

LSH Nottingham covers city centre and out of town locations as well as Derbyshire, Lincolnshire and, working alongside its Leicester office, North Leicestershire.

Acting for a wide range of developer, investment and occupier clients, it also operates a large client accounting centre supporting its asset and property management team nationwide.
