Lambert Smith Hampton is marketing the scheme for residential development based on a resolution to grant consent for 138 residential units. The site is situated within a highly desirable north London location, only eight minutes to local transport hubs and within close proximity to several prestigious schools and local amenities. 

This instruction forms part of a wider regeneration project set to deliver a hospital, primary school and construction of up to 500 residential units.
