LSH helps Oakleigh House take centre stage

Find out more

Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has been appointed joint agent at Oakleigh House, a prime four storey office development with basement parking, in the heart of Cardiff city centre.

The two available floors offer some 20,000 sq ft of grade A space at the junction of Park Place and Stuttgarter Strasse. The second and third floors of this prominent building are available together or individually.

International loss adjusting and claims management company Cunningham Lindsey occupy the ground and first floors and as Kate Simpson of LSH’s Agency team explains, the company is looking to sub let the two remaining floors recently vacated principally by Finance Wales, an original sub-tenant.

“With a lack of new and modern office space in central Cardiff and a growing demand for such stock, we’re expecting a lot of interest,” says Kate.

Oakleigh House has much to offer, combining a good standard of fully refurbished, air-conditioned accommodation. It’s well placed near to the shopping areas of Queen Street and St David’s 2 and the city’s railway stations.”

Joint agent, Cooke and Arkwright’s Roger Thomas adds: “The building has always been regarded as one of the best in the city. It’s well positioned to access all the city’s amenities and enjoys a fine prominent location overlooking Cardiff’s magnificent Civic Buildings”.

Square Foot Consulting are managing the disposal, working with Cunningham Lindsey across their UK portfolio.

Prospective Oakleigh House tenants will benefit from 24 hour access to the building and on-site security with regular staff patrols as well as manned CCTV.
