Newport M4 junction project awarded

Costain has been selected for a £10.5m contract to improve the Newport junction of the M4 motorway. Work is set to begin in 2016 and the firm has been appointed on an ECI basis. The improvements include a new gyratory system to improve traffic flow. Read more
