Simon Rhodes has been appointed Head of Industrial & Logistics in Yorkshire and the Northeast and will also support the development of LSH’s industrial offering across the North of England and Scotland.  He will work with some of LSH’s key clients including Harworth Estates, Hermes Parcelnet, Legal & General, Scania and Wolseley.

Significant deals

Simon has more than 17 years experience in the sector and joins LSH from Collier’s Leeds office where he headed up the industrial agency team for Yorkshire and North East. Previous clients include Ocado, Yodel, Asda and Co-op. One of Simon’s most significant deals was the 850,000 sq ft disposal for Kimberly Clark at Barton upon Humber.  He also advised Standard Life in the marketing of 930,000 sq ft of warehouse accommodation in Doncaster of which 415,000 sq ft was let to Amazon.

A wealth of experience
