George Hackett has joined as Graduate Surveyor, Public Sector Advisory Services; Ed Bunbury as Surveyor, Office Agency; and Ben Rowe as Surveyor, Industrial Agency.

Prior to joining LSH, George did a placement year with a Central London based firm and then worked as a graduate trainee with NHS Property Services. He graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 2012, with a Real Estate BSc (Honours). George is currently doing his APC, working towards qualification as a Chartered Surveyor.

Ed Bunbury joins from Phoenix & Partners where he was a Graduate Surveyor. Here he gained experience working in agency across all asset classes, as well as in development work, both in an agency and advisory capacity. He holds an MSc in Real Estate from Cass Business School.

Ben Rowe graduated with a foundation degree in Hospitality Management and gained experience in the industry by managing a residential sales and lettings office in Surrey, a position held for the past seven years. Moving from residential agency and joining LSH will give Ben the opportunity to utilise and broaden his skills in a commercial agency.

Growing the business across Hertfordshire

Nigel Palmer, Head of Office – St Albans, commented: “We have made the positive decision to further invest within the St Albans office to help provide additional resource and services to our growing client base and provide an even better offering. These recruits, in addition to planned growth of the office, will help strengthen our regional position within Hertfordshire.”
