Tom Burlaga has joined our agency team in Sheffield as a surveyor to support Guy Gilfillan in servicing the office's new and existing landlord and occupier clients.

Tom joins the business from Lane Walker, where he specialised in disposals and acquisitions of office, industrial and retail space.

Tom said: “I am extremely happy to be joining LSH and am looking forward to growing our portfolio of clients across the South Yorkshire region. I actually did work experience at LSH before I went to University, so feel like I have come full circle! It’s an exciting time to be in the property industry in Sheffield, the sector is buzzing with new confidence and we expect high levels of activity in 2014.”

Working in Sheffield, Tom will cover both the city centre and out-of-town markets.

According to research by LSH, demand for city centre offices in Sheffield has increased by 77% compared to 2012. The industrial market is also buoyant with a 100,000 sq ft speculative development shortly to be commenced at Sheffield Advanced Manufacturing Park.
