Appointed to delivery Project and Cost Management services

We have been appointed by Melford Capital to provide Project and Cost Management as well as CDM Coordinator services to deliver the new scheme.

Hyde Park, Hayes (HPH) currently provides 217,000 sq ft of office accommodation across three buildings. Rackspace has already made HPH1 its European headquarters, and has now signed for one of two new office sites – HPH5 – to expand its campus.

Limiting financial exposure

Stephen Vickers, Director in our Cost & Project Management team, commented: “While Melford Capital progressed its discussions with Rackspace, we have moved forward with the pre-planning design of HPH5 to ensure the least financial exposure for our client.”

“Our role is also to ensure that architectural licence and design solutions are kept to acceptable levels, without putting the project budget and programme at risk. We are working closely with the architects, M&E and structural engineers to successfully manage and deliver the new office development.”

Important West London office market

Hyde Park, Hayes, is a modern business park located in an important and improving West London office market. Close to Heathrow, M25 and M4, HPH is also the site of a planned Crossrail interchange.
