The client’s challenge
- Circle had reached capacity at their current Dublin office which had three years left to run on the lease and needed to assign or sublet their existing lease whilst simultaneously sourcing a new headquarters.
The LSH solution
- LSH triggered a high profile marketing camping for the assignment of the existing lease whilst undertaking extensive search for a new headquarters in Dublin city centre. LSH were in constant communication with Circle’s local team in Dublin and their headquarters in Boston throughout the process.
- After a relatively short period of intense marketing, we secured a suitable assignee and assisted in obtaining landlords consent.
- In tandem with the assignment we sourced and negotiated flexible terms for Circle’s new office headquarters in Dublin (a former Grainstore).
