The BBC launched the ambitious Delivering Quality First campaign focusing on creating a property estate which was fit for the digital world. This meant creating modern, cost effective and fun-filled (table tennis, anyone?) places to work, supporting regional productions, and reducing the footprint of its estate.
We were up for this challenge and supported the BBC to drive strategic change so its estate had more flexible and useful space. Our team developed the “London Property Rationalisation” strategy, which resulted in the vacation of 132 properties, achieving savings of £90m.
