The prevailing market conditions and imbalance in supply and demand meant that the 22‑acre site – one of the largest individual ownerships within the Leeds South Bank regeneration area – received significant interest from several developers.

Vastint will now utilise its international expertise to bring forward the redevelopment of the site in line with the aims of Leeds City Council’s South Bank Planning Statement to create a vibrant, residential and business community, with the prospect of a city centre park, while simultaneously respecting the site’s history and heritage.
