Adam Peacock, Rob Whatmuff

Representing global pump manufacturer, Hidrostal, we have acquired a new 19,940 sq ft unit at Stadium Park in Normanton, to support its expanding business.

The move comes after several major contract wins in recent years, which has seen the firm supply pumps and pumping systems to household names, including Yorkshire Water and United Utilities.

New industrial premises will support future growth plans

Steve Blakemore Managing Director for Hidrostal commented “To deliver our customers with the high service levels they require and manage our current and future growth plans, we decided to relocate to much bigger and more convenient premises in Castleford. The new unit will not only provide an excellent facility for service, repairs and spare parts; it will also allow us offer other services being requested such as training.”

Right location with scope for expansion

Adam Peacock, Industrial and Logistics Agent in our Leeds office, said: “Hidrostal’s existing premises were no longer large enough to cope with their increasing workload. Working closely with Hidrostal, we identified a number of potential locations, with key priorities including motorway access, building quality and scope for future expansion.

“The property in Castleford provided the right combination and will offer an unrivalled facility to service Hidrostal’s growing client base.”
