FORE Partnership was looking to secure a value-add opportunity within Manchester city centre. Our capital markets team identified 24 Mount Street and worked alongside our planning, office agency and building consultancy teams to provide advice on the opportunity.
The building is strategically located at the gateway into the core business district, close to St Peter’s Square, and is earmarked for redevelopment, with planning permission granted for a 17‑storey, 177,623 sq ft grade A office building with leisure units on the ground floor.

We negotiated a deal with the vendor and secured the acquisition of the building for our client.
We have subsequently been retained to provide office agency services and are working closely with FORE Partnership on the proposed scheme, advising on rental levels, the occupational market, and design considerations.
We are also continuing to work for the client on other investment opportunities.
