The 15-year partnership will see 250 homes created on two sites in the first wave of development. The private and affordable project includes properties that will be sold on the open market and through low cost schemes designed to widen access to homeownership in a borough that has one of the highest average house prices in London.

As the project’s sole strategic property adviser, we provide an integrated service covering development guidance, valuation, development agreement evaluation and building consultancy.
